What gift wrapping services do you offer?
We offer a gift wrapping service for $4.00 per box. You can select this option during the checkout process. Our gift wrap includes Pink or brown wrapping paper, ribbon, tissue and our signature sticker. Please specify if you would like certain items boxed and wrapped separately in the customer comments section of your order.

How do I get your weekly e-mails?
Drop your email address in the “Join our Email List” box on the website! You will then receive a weekly email containing the latest promotions, coupon codes, and new arrivals.

What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON JEWELRY, SHOES, ACCESSORIES, HANDBAGS AND SALE MERCHANDISE.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Damage or omission of any items will result in a re-stocking fee. It is up to the store managers decision on all internet returns.

Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped (ship date is shown on your sales receipt). If items are postmarked after 14 days but within 30 days of receipt, we will provide you with a store credit. After 30 days merchandise cannot be returned. Anything after the 30 day period will be considered an unauthorized return. Any unauthorized returns will be immediately shipped back to you at your own expense and your credit card on file will be charged.

Shiamidoors.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.

Include the original invoice (or copy) and fill out the return/exchange form.

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Please note: A $6.00 shipping fee will be charged to your credit card to cover the cost of the items you are exchanging.

We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund or exchange.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. In store purchases can only be returned for store credit.

Shipping guidelines
If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays. Your merchandise will be shipped right away pending availability and credit card verification.

Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

All orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped on the following business day (Monday).

Shipping restrictions
We cannot ship to PO BOXES or APO/FPO addresses via UPS. We do not offer Saturday delivery. UPS will decide if the package will be left at the door or if a signature is required.

Coupons
To redeem your coupon, enter the coupon code in during the checkout process. Your coupon will automatically be applied to your order. Please note that coupons cannot be used in combination with any other offers.

Item availability
At Shiamidoors.com we make every attempt to keep adequate stock of merchandise listed on our site. Occasionally we do sell out of certain products and items from time to time. If you have placed an order for an item that is sold out, you will promptly receive an email notification or phone call. If the item can be special ordered, we will do so and have it shipped to you. If the item can not be special ordered we will refund your credit card within three days.

Shiamidoors.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. Please note that all of our international orders are paid through Paypal.

Do you charge sales tax?
There is NO sales tax if the order is SHIPPED outside the state of Georgia.

Once the order is processed we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail. You will also receive an email from UPS with a tracking number at the time of shipping.

All orders are shipped through UPS. Your tracking number will be email to you at the time of shipment.

How can I change or modify my order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped, it is possible that your purchase can be modified. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes including cancellations.
